The Worst Blogger Ever

So since I last published. I’ve spent time in Flagler Beach, Sarasota and Chiefland Florida. I arrived in Carrabelle Florida yesterday. I’ve met strangers at a bar that wasn’t open to the public, I’ve been to the worst Octoberfest ever, I’ve kayaked on my first creek ever in Florida and I’ve tailgated in Tallahassee.

Feels Like Home

I’m sitting by the fire in River Campground in Lakemont, GA. The Talulah River is about 50 yards in front of me. The crickets are singing a symphony. I cooked salmon over the fire tonight. I would like to say that all is right in the world but that would be dishonest. It is however,…

In between is Carters Lake which separates the upper and lower portions. I have run the lower and that is a whole other tale for another day.

Lakes, Life and Lager

We have a great spot right on the water and when we move we will be on the water on the other side of the peninsula. So even though our stay is extended we have great sites while we are here.
