It’s days like this that I’m glad I have the best boss ever, because I’m the worst blogger ever!
I opened up the iPad to see that the last article I posted was four stops ago. I really have struggled to sit and write. Partly because I get sad and think about the more colorful partner that’s missing and partly because I’ve been super busy. I’ve written during this time but decided it was maybe too melancholy for the blog. It was cathartic but not very entertaining.
I’ve had friends living where I stopped for nine straight weeks and other friends coming and camping with me. I’ve been entertaining and being entertained. It’s been good for my soul. Thank you friends! Florida has been good for my soul. I feel like a meme about the ocean healing what ails you. But it’s true.

So since I last published. I’ve spent time in Flagler Beach, Sarasota and Chiefland Florida. I arrived in Carrabelle Florida. I’ve met strangers at a bar that wasn’t open to the public, I’ve been to the worst Octoberfest ever, survived Hell Week at Orange Theory, I’ve kayaked my first creek and my first river ever in Florida, Hiked in Tates Hell and I’ve tailgated in Tallahassee twice.

Yep, there’s food, fun and beer to write about and share with all of you. Oh and a few RV resorts to review. I’ve been on the road since the second week in September so there is plenty to catch you up on. I’m going to try and turn out some short posts on specific places.

I haven’t kayaked enough and I haven’t hiked enough but it all felt like a vacation and who gets to live everyday like it’s vacation? I do and you can too. Which brings me to another good idea for a post. I’m constantly told by people. I wish I could do that. It’s time for a post about how you too can live this fabulous life.
So before I fire myself I’m going to stop rambling, open a fresh post and start telling my tales and sharing my opinions.
